The underwriters do not follow guidelines. The communication is poor from underwriters. I used to love King Lending. Not anymore.
She and all of you (on this 1st experience) seem to understand that how you close a loan (on time and pretty) is the most important aspect of repeat business and customer/client (retail) retention.
I'll be coming back!
