I had to flip this loan from a different lender, and KIND LENDING was able to close in <2 weeks. This was a NPRA DACA with EAD . Conventional 5% down. Thank you Kind Lending, you helped me save this deal!!!

The underwriting and closing staff seem to be inexperienced. I have two recent deals, and they both had unique problems that can only be caused by ineptitude or haste. Either way, my long-term relationships with these borrowers and the realtors...
