It took three weeks just to schedule the appraisal. I changed the rate on the first mortgage, the second mortgage/ DPA rate didn't get changed at the same time so clising was delayed an additional 3 days to neet timing requirements. Worst ecperience...

Last minute items came up I've never seen before - a roof inspection . When we already had a roof report, wing mitigation and inspection . Nobody loaded it in a timely manner my pay was delayed. Roof was a metal roof had 10 years life left...

Great team. Closing came together at teh end a little last minute but it went off flawless. I love the part where non notary docs get sent out to the client for E-sign. That saves a lot of time at the closing table!
