More personal attention. Less form communication Answer a phone call rather than all communication being done by email/text

I enjoy Leana. I just had a few problems with Fidelity National Title. I didn’t receive the email for the initial payment until right before it was due. They were super hard to reach. Leana and her team at Kind Lending are great.
