    I donty think the VA guidelines were interpreted correctly. Once loan got to closing these were numerour additiona conditions added that delayed settlement. I realize it was s tough loan however we were not in a place to argue VA guidelines...

    Brian Keith went above and beyond the normal call of duty, these were vefry difficult loans to get completed. If not for Brian doing an amazing job of assiting us through some of the issues we would not have been able to complete these files....
