    We were not happy with additional back and forth and confusion near the end of the refinance process, but Joshua Hunt was willing to stay the course and make sufficient modifications to close on terms with which we were comfortable.

    Processor had to continually RE- upload documents that had already been sent. She was unable to charge her third party processing fee even though it was originally disclosed only to be denied at the very last minute. That cost the LO $895 out...

    Our refinance process moved very quickly, taking just over a month from start to finish. I got a great rate with reasonable closing costs, and Keith and our loan processor Debbie quickly responded to any questions we had.
