    On this last file, I think there was a breakdown in communication. Much of my concerns was with Underwriting and the issues it took to get the file through some basic conditions. We lost a week on conditions which could have taken a day.

    APPRAISAL DEPARTMENT SHOULD FIND HAVE BETTER OPTION TO DELIVER REPORTS ON TIME TO AVOID ADDTIONAL WORKS,FEES TO BORROWERS (DELAYS NOT THEIR FAULTS). LOCK DESK TO BE MORE LENIENT SOMETIME ESPECIALLY TO BROKERS WHO ARE PRODUCER.

    A little cumbersome to get the loan started but once it got going the closing went faster than I expected.
