    I will give the UW, Lana, and Account Manager, Joaquin, a 10/10 on communication. They kept me informed the entire process but this file was a BIG struggle with a funding fee issue and a LTV issue at the end. I think it was an internal/IT issue...

    Great response by all, good turn times, clear conditions, not over conditioned. Website and uploading documents is a bit clunky, but doable.
