Terms were explained in detail beyond what our previous loan officer had allosing us to make a more informed decision

Shannon was incredible, but unfortunately there were multiple times where other members of staff made significant errors. For example, we wrote and signed a letter stating we no longer owned Nottingham Oaks Trail, but we were asked to submit...

They were all very professional and very respectful, also was willing to help out at any time.
