    John Mullem communicated with me even at 11 pm at night. I had questions from my buyers and emailed him And texted him at 11 pm and he returned all my messages. Prompt and to the point for me amd my buyers in referemce to their loan .

    Robert was great he was the one person from Howard Hanna that made it intolerable . But i will never use Howard Hanna for anything again . Much more difficult and aggravating process than my 3 mortgages with Rocket Mortgage
