Sonia's patience! I actually did work with Sonia this time, but she helped our daughter, Stacy finalize the process quickly.
Jake had this transaction buttoned down from the start, and I was kept informed on all major milestones, and also when I had questions. He navigated through a possible cancelation scenario late in the game to help save the transaction.
