The fact that luke and everyone I dealt with from home state bank actually cared and wanted to help make the process as easy as possible.

There were too many points of contact. It would be much better if only one person interfaced with us. Communication was very poor. We did not appreciate having to write up our own documents for such things as confirming old addresses, etc....
