It got done!!
To many last minute conditions.
it took over 2.5 months to close a loan . underwriting was very slow. I haven't seen anything this slow since COVID (when volume was at unprecedented levels). The customer experience was pretty horrible .
More accurate information and earlier and items being done correctly the first time. Got a pre-approval for a client with some credit issues from a prior partner. Was guaranteed the LTV was 75%. Once submitted a live loan it changed to LTV...
