Terrible experience. Just wasted my time. Had all needed info they want and at the end of closing period just denied a loan with no adequate reasons. Thanks to my broker we found another reliable lender who did all the job in a short time.

Having more direct access to the underwriter for communication would have been very helpful with this loan. There were a lot of moving parts and not being able to communicate directly to the underwriter made the loan process more complicated....
