Tyler Bilby. He was a great help, responsive and I'm sending another loan to Oaktree because of him. Everyone was great as well but Tyler made me feel secure in the process.
Oaktree had to recalculate the per diem cost based on the closing date, in which they had at the beginning of the loan, this cause for additional conditions late and angst. This stuff happens, so I am hoping we can improve on the next one.
