Reese Rogers excpetional LO goes the extra mile every time
Talk with an underwriter. The AE was okay. Usually answered. The underwriter was unreasonable clearing or adding conditions. The single worst transaction in over 10 years in the business.
Owen and his team are on point. Other than a few issues, when identified they were addressed and taken care of.
Underriting and loan submission processing involves duplicated forms under an antiquated system!
Johnny and Cynthia are a great team, amd I only wish I had more loans I could bring to them.
