Damen my rep and ops staff wee great. Only issue involved the AMC Otherwise a great experience.

Oak tree cost me $5000 of earnest money because they were unable to perform my loan. Even though nothing changed on my end from when they gave me a preapproval letter. I would not recommend them. stay away!!!!!

Communication has always been an issue. Jenny Lewis was very good. However, We understand there is only so much she can do. The Account Exec was very hard to get a hold of, underwriting was very confusing and we received mixed communication....
