The overall process was nice and simple, I have already been recommending to all the LO's in my office.
Johnny is always trying his best for my client, in terms of responding quickly and pushing the file through. We are grateful for the help from him and Cynthia!
System is a bit challenging to work with. Document repository is not fully available to pull file for auditing. Too many conditions for "state liens" that were already cleared and not on title (i think you pull a report from somewhere else)....

Other than Joe, the communication was horrible. I would send detailed emails and most of them received zero response from the processor. I thought I had unsubscribed from all communications from Oaktree. I plan to never send a deal to Oaktree...
