I was always able to reach someone at Oaktree. Owen and Deanna were always available when I had questions regarding the process.
Funding on time and same day communication would have been appreciated. Your funding department made errors on the funding date and told us we missed the funding cut off time. We waited sometimes two days to get responses on the loan file.

Organization and better communication. The same items were supplied a few times and then even after the inital approval more docs were requested all the way until the end and then the need need to pull credit again and change interest rate....
