We closed on time which was great.
Broker can't lock the loan online to get pricing and terms , can't check pricing regular basis unless we send a request everyday pricing
we have to send request fir for lock
Paul and the team were great as well as pricing.
Bryce was always there to answer any questions I had. Super helpful

Eric and Jenny are always the best to work with. Oaktree is my go to for non QM even though we have in house bank statement loans and DSCR. Your rates, timing and support are better than ours internally.
