It would have been helpful to receive a direct call during the 2.5-week period we waited for E&O. A simple acknowledgment of the delay and the impact it was having would have been appreciated.
All team members were so helpful during the process and available to answer questions.
it was a longer than expected time to close a HELOC.. my processor would be able to be more direct, but this wasn't a good start
