You were the only lender who would quote the client. There was some nickle and diming but overall was pleased with the team. In particular, I found Buddy Cochrane extremely helpful to get conditions removed and the loan closed.
Regular communication between the loan processor, representitive Greg, underwriting manager, closing and funding teams together made this transaction a success a GREAT experience for the borrowers.

there was a lot of back and forth a closing that rhat caused this ti come down to the wire. Communication between closer, account manager and title could have been better. Had to submit 3 cics to get cd correct which caused eelay delay in closing...
