    Communication from the loan originator would have been helpful. My calls were ignored and I had to call his manager several times. The rest of the GumTree team was very helpful, however.

    Being new to buying a home and being new to the probate process (as well as Brady was), it took just a bit longer to proceed but it was really smoother than expected. Great show of patience on both sides of this.
