Jim was so easy to work with. Any questions I had were answered quickly and honestly. Jim made the home buying process a breeze and I would recommend Jim and his Gum Tree team over anyone else in the valley. Thanks Jim!

Closed on house, although there was a slight mix up with the loan. Jody communicated and we were able to close within a matter of a week past initial closing. Jody worked hard to make sure everything went through as smooth as possible.

Rachael made buying our first home super easy! We didn’t have a clue about the what the loan process was like. Rachael made everything as less stressful as buying a first home could be! She took time to breakdown everything and explain everything!...
