Great customer service
only advice would be to do lender 101 language instead of all these big words for people that may not understand the loan process

Exceptional service, attention to detail, and kindness during the entire process of a somewhat stressful life event.
Kaylee was wonderful throughout the whole process. It wasn't always an easy situation but she really worked hard for my clients and hers to get this done and to the closing table! Can't wait to bring more clients to Kaylee!
