DIdn't like that the loan rate changed and the only way to keep the previously quoted rate was to pay a fee to Guild. He did a good job answering my questions.

Nick & Matt made our closing so freaking easy. It took us 31 days from first touring the house to having keys and a large part of that is Guild & Nick's efficiency at getting the job done and taking care of us every step of the way.
