Katie responded and answered every phone call. Katie was very knowledgeable regarding the buyers loan. Home to work with her again soon.

Eric was fantastic. He helped us find a loan solution that got us into our dream house. He was always prompt to respond to questions and helped guide us through a difficult process. Highly recommend to all home buyers.

Read my original comments. The answers say excellent because Cherie and her team are and they don't deserve a bad NPS because of Guild's incompetence. Do better.
