Mr. Yaeger was very pleasant to work with.
Joe is pleasant to deal with but most of all doesn’t let things slip through the cracks. Just as I would start to wonder/think about something Joe would call or text. I did not have to chase him down for updates.
Joe always answered his phone and replied to email quick! I always knew my loan status and closed on time!
