I only pre qualified as I did not close construction loans at First United. That was a bank lender that worked the construction loan. I had nothing to do with it.
Kim can do “miracles “. Has saved several deals that I thought wouldn’t go through. My “go to” loan officer.

I totally agree with everything thing said, one of the things that most impresses me is turn around time on appraisals. I’m shocked every time how fast it is completed. Hence closing on time and sometimes early. No complaints!
