The technology used to process everything electronically. The only issue is Plaid didn't have my primary bank so I had to use a bank that is savings only. If there is a way to add one's bank when Plaid doesn't have it then it would be perfect...

Other mortgage companies offered to assist with refinancing and in the end they denied helping me. GoodLeap are the only ones who offered to assist and were able to still get me approve.
