I was able to complete all needed paperwork from home, I did not need to drive anywhere to sign loan documents. Also, Cory was friendly and patient, explaining what needed to be done, why and when.

Some information was incorrect on the due date of account once it was approved. Figure Lending doesn't have A very friendly and open communication service and that is making this difficult for our family.
