Aaron was very patient, through through the the whole process. I am technogically challenged and I never felt talked down to. thanks for your help. Because of this refi I am able to help my son and daughter-in-law buy a new home.

First time applying for this type of loan. Method was lengthy but had much help from the customer serv reps who walked me through the process. Receipt of loan did not take long, and everyone was friendly and helpful.
