Kevin Woods gave excellent customer service and did not hesitate to explain things I did not understand. He also returned phone calls, emails and texts prommptly and acknowledged my concerns.

Just had to go thru a lot of hoops for the VA loan that cost me additional funds. It was a hard process that took longer than expected.
