Tori Reynolds is the only reason
Somewhere the processor left and my account was assigned to a different processor slowing down the process. Ended up closing 3 weeks later than originally told.
Ms. Tori Reynolds was very knowledgeable of the process and was extremely patient with us. She was there to help us doing the entire process.
