One concern is there were so many e-mails telling m e to do things that it was confusing.

Unclear at first, had to ask 2-3 times to find out what the call was about before even getting to Travis and finally learn it was a heloc. I understand the tactic but i was very close to not going through with it due to this. otherwsie good...
