Despite the initial decline after a lengthy process of providing paper, Kevin kept working on it. Got me the loan I needed and it was helpful to have someone else so motivated to getting me what I needed

To be clear, Sobeida was AMAZING. She always returned phone calls in a timely manner and answered my unending questions. However, GoodLeap itself was far from easy to work with. What should have taken 2 weeks to process, took 8 long weeks....

Justin spent much time trying to resolve problems with technical issues I had. I especially had problems with the e signature and e notary part of the process. I felt he was very patient and provided excellent customer service.
