Better communication about the loan, if I knew the exact amount of cash out, I would not have refinanced my mortgage. It really wasn't worth it, you may have saved me on interest, but not the payments.

You email process expects everyone to have digital records, I do not. Therefore I had to drive to Staples to send document. Sometimes you received them, other times not. I even sent a document registered mail with return receipt and they still...
