    Chris made this process so easy and gives great advice. He's also not what I would imagine someone in finance would be as he is not pushy at all. As long as he is working here I won't call anyone but him.

    Process went like it was described / anticipated and no real surprises. Mostly hurdles related to COVID-19 that were dealt with relatively easily. Got an awesome interest rate on this home refi, it was cut nearly in half. Very happy
