    There was no annoying emails trying to force you into something you didn't want. No pressure into making a hasty decision. When the final paper work was ready they made it extremely easy to get it done.

    We ran into a couple issues, one being the fact we have solar and its still financed. The other being everything we have is in a trust. Scott was able to work through each problem
