    Matt maintained good communication.There were a couple of hiccups around lender requirements related to escrows which delayed the process. Plus the first set of documents came out with a 15 year loan and not the 10 year loan we were seeking....

    I barely was communicated with, documents kept being forgot 2 days before i would be supposed to close which resulted in moving my close date 5 times. Things only got done when the manager stepped in
