    Garrett was very easy to work with and when I was unsure of something he explained it to me. He worked around my schedule. Very friendly and patient with me. I would recommend him to anyone.

    Colleen and staff were proactive in communicating what was needed and important deadlines. Closing was on time and as scheduled. No real big surprises occurred during the process with Golden Oak.
