Leanna was very helpful throughout the process of both loans I have done through First United; I will always recommend her and would go with her again if I have to in the future!
The timeliness and professionalism made the entire process great for me.
There were several main challenges with performance including, inconsistent communication, indirect/unclear communication, being or appearing incompetent in certain areas of the job, disorganized, requesting the same document (not like documents)...
