great communication.
Fairly easy process; was surprised how much information is required for loan documentation but I guess since the 2008 crash, they have erred on the side of caution and want much more information.

The loan process was very efficient and professional. Sherilyn did a great job of explaining each step, kept things moving and me informed all along the way. I couldn't be more pleased with the great job she did!
