Quick responses to any of my questions, reasonable requirements during the approval process, and no real issues throughout the entire process. My realtor and the title company all reported a similar experience.
Derek and his team were proactive and always a phone call away. He also locked our rate in about 30 days to closing, and the rate did not change, despite the fluctuating mortgage rates at the time.
