Becky was always courteous and professional. she always had up to date information and answered my questions promptly.
More personal attention and timely communication would have been appreciated regarding when to lock rate, when my wife also needed to sign documents, etc
Lydell was the third lender I worked with. Where it took others several weeks, Lydell was able to clear me for closing in about 2. I'm grateful for the quick turnaround and the clear, concise communication.
