Mr. Aldridge was very helpful and efficient . He guided us through the construction to conventional loan process in a way that made it easy and with no surprises.

Taking the time to explain things. The only thing that wasn't clear was where the closing would be. I was waiting at the house thinking I would get the keys there and sign the documents there.
