Kent was very responsive and supportive! I felt I was being given the most clear information throughout the process.
It took much longer than expected and there was no a whole lot of communication as to WHY it was taking so lon. Documents were asked for with no explanation as to why they were necessay. Overall, just a breakdown of communication.
