    Appraisal took forever and no communication through the process. It appears I was overcharged interest and no help finding the answer to my concern.

    Curtis is extremely knowledgeable and is so very easy to work with. great personality. We also feel very comfortable knowing that he is watching the market and will advise us if it makes sense to redo the loan at a lower interest rate.
