Excellent response times. Made home buying easy. Previous lender was making life difficult so switched to first horizon bank with Tony and it immediately made the process enjoyable.

Review of documents provided went down to last minute. Sat in closing for 2 hours, then could not close until later in day because of a glitch with homeowner insurance that shoils have been caught a week before. Very frustrating.
