Fast communication however there was a delay and mix up with the appraisers final report and had to send 3 times, could have made a delay we couldn't afford. Everything else was great.
I have never had a lender so deliberately stand in the way of disputing an appraisal. Debbie Chandler flat out lied about the requirements to dispute an appraisal. I have already and will continue to actively encourage anyone I speak with regarding...
